Welcome To Bounding Into Comics: Introduce Yourself!
Tell us about yourself! Let us know where you’re from, what you’re interested in (comics, movies, games, etc.), and anything else we should know about you. Looking forward to meeting everyone!
I’d recommend Barakamon. It’s a slice-of-life about a calligrapher who moves to a small village and ends up learning a lot about life and himself from the quirky locals. It’s funny, heartwarming, and a super easy watch even if you’re not usually into anime.
I came in here to say Brotherhood. Probably my favorite anime title ever.
I think Cowboy Bebop is great to recommend for beginners. Samurai Champloo and Space Dandy too. Golden Boy is hilarious and only six episodes. The Ghost Stories dub is unlike anything else. Start with one of those, fictitious person.

I'm with you on FMAB. Since that is taken ill choose the dragon ball series. Considering it is one continuous narrative (excluding kai) it should count as one anime.
Dragon ball is just anime af. It it much to influential (and fun) to overlook.
