Scarlett Johansson really is overworking. After Jurassic Park Rebirth, she has signed on to lead the next installment of The Exorcist. I actually gave up hope on The Exorcist, just as I had on Jurassic Park, but this could give the franchise a new lease of life. Johansson has totally reinvented her career after Disney did her dirty with The Widow and I'm loving it.

Hm that's definitely an interesting role for her, not something I would've expected. I feel like she could pull it off well, she's done a lot of interesting roles over the years, so excited to see how she does!

I totally have faith in her talent at this point, especially after what she did with Jurassic Park Rebirth, although I' a little concerned. Exorcist is one of those tinder box franchises where one bad film could result in an extensive blow back that the franchise might never recover from, so I hope they do their planning right before going into this one

Yeah, that’s the real danger with The Exorcist, it’s not a franchise that's even slightly forgiving. One mediocre entry and everyone will immediately declare the series dead forever

Exactly. And trust me, I would hate to be the lead on the film that ruined such a franchise, so this is literally a make or break for Scarlett Johansson
