I'm not for kicking a man when he is down, but then, Guillermo Del Toro's comments about the Weinstein brothers are pretty scathing!

I actually didn't think Harvey Weinstein's public image could get any worse, but that is exactly what Del Toro's latest comments on the brothers have done. According to Del Toro, dealing with the brothers on his 1997 film Mimic was worse than having to rescue his father from kidnappers in Guadalajara, Mexico. His comments have left me wondering about just how bad the Weinsteins could have been.

I'm actually scared of the Weinsteins at this point. Del Toro made them look like Hollywood's version of the mafia. My only dissapointment is that none of these big stars and producers had the courage to stand up to them all those years back.
