Second Game Crash?
This is absolutely lawfare from Nintendo; and it sucks because there's not really a legal remedy to go about it. It's a bad, bad, precedent, and while I will always advocate for 'voting with our wallets', this does admittedly seem bleak. I just wish someone had a more concrete solution.
