LA Comic-Con Is Hologramming Stan Lee… And I’m Not Sure How I Feel About It

So LA Comic-Con is really doing a paid meet-and-greet with an AI hologram of Stan Lee. Twenty bucks to chat with a digital puppet version of him and take a selfie. Honestly… this just feels weird. Stan deserved better than being turned into some dystopian theme park attraction. Would you guys actually pay for this, or is it crossing a line?

Yeah, it definitely feels like we’re sliding into almost a digital resurrection trend where no one’s legacy is safe. It’s one thing to honor them, but this really just feels like exploitation dressed up as nostalgia

Yeah, same. It just feels off. Like, I get wanting to honor Stan, but charging people to “talk” to an AI version of him? That’s straight-up weird. Do a tribute booth or a video montage or something, not this.
