"House of the Dragon" season 5 is still on the cards, and it is all about "The Hour of the Wolf" for me!

House of the Dragon was always set to end with season 4, but HBO's announcement yesterday just opened the doors for a fifth season, which is great. They were going to squeeze a huge amount of the events surrounding the climax of the Dance of the Dragons in Season 3 and 4, which was going to cause a rushed ending like what we saw in Game of Thrones.
While renewing for the fourth season, HBO clarified that they want the show to end naturally, and the only way this one ends naturally is with the Hour of the Wolf. Lord Stark crowning Rhaenyra's son won't just be a perfect conclusion, it will be a total revival of ASOIAF, especially after the messy conclusion of GOT ruined the franchise.

Absolutely, ASOIAF is always fun to follow. I'm actually looking forward to AKnight of the 7 Kingdoms because it will be the franchise's best comedy version ever. HBO is doing a great job overall I'd say.
Same here. It’s nice getting a project in this universe that isn’t all tragedy and trauma for once. If HBO leans into the Dunk & Egg charm, it could end up being one of the most enjoyable things they’ve done with the franchise
