Guillermo del Toro wouldn't even use a VFX ship in Frankenstein!
Yeah, that’s classic del Toro, he’s one of the few directors left who still insists on doing things the hard way. You can tell it’s made by people who actually cared about every frame. Makes sense why his stuff always stands out.- alexj-12

Paramount+ set for a price increase, but this one actually makes sense!
Yeah, a $1 increase doesn’t sound too bad, especially compared to what Disney just pulled. If the UFC deal actually brings more value and fresh content, I can see why they’d make the move. At least it feels like there’s a reason behind it this time and not just an obvious money grab- alexj-12

Christy: Sydney Sweeney gives the bravest reaction yet to her movie flopping
Yeah, I haven’t seen the movie either, but I did watch a documentary about Christy and her story is honestly wild. I can see why it was made into a movie even if it didn't land, the real story behind it is definitely worth telling.- alexj-12

So Fantastic Four: First Steps got a whole new score at the last minute!
Yeah, I felt the same way. The score wasn’t the issue at all, it actually worked fine. The problem was the script. None of the characters felt grounded, and it all just kind of blurred together. It’s a shame because there was a lot of potential there and I really really wanted the movie to be good- alexj-12

Do we really need a John Rambo prequel?
Yeah, totally with you on that not every classic needs a prequel or reboot. Part of what made Rambo work was the mystery behind the character, so I'm not really interested in seeing every detail spelled out- alexj-12

Spartacus: House of Ashur somehow feels bloodier than Spartacus
Yeah, I’m with you, it looks like they’re tapping back into what made the original work, just with a new power dynamic.
