Friday The 13th Prequel horror series Crystal Lake on A24

So the prequel is done filming and I hope it is scary enough to keep the franchise alive. A24 has been punching above their weight lately. I've personally been impressed by Opus and The Legend of Ochi. I'm sure of Jump scares in Crystal Lake because it is being developed by Caleb Kane, the same guy who is producing IT: Welcome To Derry. The show will be released on Peacock, and I'm sure it will be big because of the name, but I hope it lives up to the hype

Super excited for this. A24 usually nails the creepy stuff and if Caleb Kane brings some of that IT energy, it could actually be legit scary. Honestly though, just having the Friday the 13th name is probably enough to get me to check it out.
