Ryan Coogler has suggested that Jordan deserves an Oscar for his performance in Sinners. I totally understand him being in the discussion. However, personally, I would go for Coogler himself for best director. I still believe horror films have carried it this year, so I won't be shocked if one wins best picture

Yeah, I can see that, Michael B. Jordan’s always solid so the Oscar buzz makes sense. But honestly completely agree, I’d give Coogler some love too, that guy kills it behind the camera
