Foggy Nelson set to return for Daredevil: Born Again Seàson 2, but is it really necessary

Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 is set before Spider-Man: Brand New Day, although there won't be that many crossovers, if any. According to Marvel Updates, the show will feature Foggy, which is nostalgic, but I don't think it is necessary at this point. I think Daredevil needs a whole new reason to fight Kingpin in the second season, and bringing back characters from the dead kills the essence of the show. Anyways, it is just speculation at this point, hope to see the full cast list soon

Yeah, I get what you mean, it’s hard to say how necessary Foggy’s return will be before the show even comes out. Nostalgia can be fun, but I’d rather they make sure his return actually adds to the story instead of feeling forced. Hopefully season 2 finds a fresh angle, I guess we'll see...
