As the title says! What's your favorite board game that you're playing this week? I thought this would be a fun thing we could do week to week, to see what new games everyone has, and what old games are getting some current love :)

I'll go first! My FLGS had a bunch of copies of Whitehall on super duper clearance (like $10 bucks). They said they had an event, and ended up with a ton of extra stock.

Whitehall is a newer simpler version of a game called Letters From Whitechapel. It is a "cat and mouse" style game, where one person plays as Jack, moving around the board silently, and doing murders. The rest of the players play as investigators, and try to take on Jack.

My partner and I are getting a ton of mileage out of this game just playing as 2 players (though we tried it as a full group of 4 recently and had just as much fun). Highly recommend :) I've played both Whitehall and Letters From Whitechapel, and I'll take the new Whitehall personally.

Nice, that sounds like a solid find. I’ve heard Whitehall is great, especially if you don’t always have a full group. I played Letters From Whitechapel a while back and loved the tension in that one, feels like you’re constantly second guessing every move.

I’ve been playing a lot of Heat: Pedal to the Metal lately. Didn’t think I’d like a racing game that much, but it’s way more fun than I expected. Quick to learn, good back-and-forth, and it actually gets competitive without dragging on.
