Funko Pop vs. vinyl designer toys: which will age better as collectibles?

Every time I see a shelf of Funko Pops, I wonder: will these be worth anything in 20 years or should I have stuck to vinyl designer toys? What’s your take?

I used to be die hard into Funko, but they seem so cheap now. The majority of them look so similar and are just color swapped to be a new version of something you already owned. It’s too much. The only halfway decent ones are the ones they put effort into and don’t look like carbon copies.

Vinyl designer toys look like much more love is out into them for collectors. I’d go with those all the way. Funko is mass produced slop.
