Okay, Nintendo, what about summoners from Final Fantasy? Or the conjuration school of magic from countless tabletop RPGs like D&D and other video games like the Elder Scrolls titles? Those aren't mods, those are examples of the very idea you're trying to patent, summoning a character to fight for you, that were in existence long before Pokemon was even thought up.

You don't have an argument because they didn't copyright said gameplay. Also you don't use the exact same distinct visuals for using Pokeballs either. Nintendo owns that, for over thirty years. Meaning everyone else knew the rules already and worked around said rules. Only one company was backwards thinking they could commit said crime without issues "because we on our way to church!"

Yes it broke all the sale records. PS5 sales are slowing down as well and will not catch the PS4 either. Also more exclusives for it in one year than the PS5 did in five. That is a brick. A system with no exclusives that costs more.

No, I have reality on my side. More exclusives in one year than the entire PS5 library and costs less still. Meanwhile Sony is raising prices, makes you install a patch that takes away 20 gigs "just because" and asking for $80+ for the third re-release of the last of us. No wonder why Sony went third party, creatively bankrupt.
