After Guillermo Del Toro, Ruben Fleischer is now showing other directors that you don't need AI to make a great film. Now You See Me Now You Don't is already having one of the biggest opening weekends of the year. The director might just have made that even better by confirming that the magic tricks in the film didn't use AI, insisting on a real human connection to every scene that matters in the film. I think the industry needs more such filmmakers.
