Baldoni seems to have given up on his $400 million lawsuit against Lively and Reynolds

Justin Baldoni has literally allowed this case to die. He had lost part of the case in June, but the judge allowed his team to refile it, apparently pointing at some weight to his claims that Lively actively interfered with their contract agreement as he claimed she tried to steal the film altogether. Unfortunately, Blake Lively seems serious about seeing this to its bìter end. She has already filed for charges and court fees, and losing this case could ruin Baldoni financially and end his career as well.
After reading both claims, I believe Baldoni and his studios may have a case to answer for making Lively uncomfortable on the set of It Ends With Us, although Lively has taken it too far by painting Baldoni as the face of sexual harrassment in the film industry. Can't wait to see how it all ends though.

It's a shame. Apparently, this isn't the first time they've forcibly taken franchises from their creators, and the publicity surrounding this trial could be quite interesting. Especially if she really did slander him just to get it.
